Defence counsel for Charles Graner says heaping people up naked is no different really from what cheerleaders do..??? AND...putting someone on a dog leash is a perfectly acceptable and normal method of restraint in correctional facilities...... yeah...in the same way that putting someone on the rack is..........just deleted a whole section here as it's too ghastly to attack with sarcasm.
